🔁 Returns

We accept returns on all UK orders within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• All tags and labels must still be attached.

To start a return, please contact us at support@clothesify.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
